The Preseason focuses on a player's physical, mental, and emotional health, development, and education. The intention for this part of the program is to ensure each Phenom Athlete is in the best shape of their life.
Phenom Athletes will receive a list of a week’s worth of food with a nutritional plan. The plan will detail what’s best for each Phenom Athlete to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
An example of a meal plan: Breakfast: Smoothie, avocado toast with bananas Lunch: Tuna melt Dinner: Salmon, broccoli, and brown rice
Each one that is handed out will be for the length of a month. after a free month’s trial, players will need to resubscribe each month to keep the card’s features.
Memberships: $25/month Card features: discounts on meal plans, access to practice gyms, personal training sessions, discounts on sports tickets.
MENTAL HEALTH JOURNALS
Each Phenom Athlete will be given a journal to document their journey in the program. It will serve as a way to keep track of any mental health issues. Any information written inside of the journals will be confidential to the players and their mental health counselor.
